ALARM AUTODIALERS
The alarm system HELPY L300 has been specifically designed to ensure excellent voice communication and utmost safety in brand-new and existing elevators, in compliance with the European directives UNI EN 81-28, EN 81-72, EN 81-70 , EN 81-80.
Compatible with the transmission protocols utilized by major European service centers, the system exceeds the requirements of current standards by providing an advanced self-diagnosis system.
Connected to the elevator control board, the built-in modem enables the elevators’ real-time monitoring and voice messages issuing in the car, thus eliminating the need to purchase expensive broadcasting equipment.

eXpander
Expander is an add-on module to be connected to Helpy L300 through 16 inputs. It allows any operator to remotely monitor any type of elevator and to issue floor number announcements. Detailed information concerning the elevator status can be easily accessed from PC or Smartphone.
GSM GATEWAYS
The Esse-ti range of dual-band GSM modules has been specifically designed to supply Helpy or any other alarm system with an additional GSM line , thus reducing dramatically your telephone bills. Thanks to the signalling LEDs indicating the device’s status and the signal strength, they are extremely easy to install and ensure immediate operation of any new or existing alarm system, without any need to enter programming parameters or to modify the existing PSTN system. The Esse-ti GSM gateways can boast a high transmission power and benefit from highly-efficient supply systems which guarantee reliable operation and increased coverage even in low GSM signal areas. The proprietary management software checks the available credit and notifies expiry by sms.
Proprietary gateway GSM200 , entirely supplied and managed by Helpy , for voice and data transmission purposes. Higher performances are guaranteed if compared with traditional GSM interfaces.
Universal gateway GSM 300 , suitable for connection with any alarm system ; due to its low consumption, it ensures higher operation time under power failure.

HANDSFREE TERMINALS
The handsfree terminals allow to establish a two-way communication with a remote center and with the local telephone installed in the machine room. Developed with a telephone technology , they ensure a superior speech quality and eliminate any risks of Larsen effect, typically heard through conventional intercoms; the two-wire connection reduces dramatically cabling and maintenance costs. An innovative self-diagnosis system (patent-pending) allows to detect wrong cabling or damages to the device. Volumes can be set digitally and remotely , thus eliminating the need for the installer to operate directly on the device. Each Helpy can support up to 3 independent terminals, to be connected in parallel to a passive handsfree in order to increase inexpensively the number of speech units.
